Celal coka who was the first  masters of industry, natively was son of an Albanian immigrant family.He was born in 05.09.1942 in Istanbul. He attended dikilitaş primary school and zincirlikuyu secondary school. However he dropped out his school without noticcing his family and started to study as apprentice in a service.  After then he started to work at Fettah Demirezen’s service. He got married in 1965 and his master died at the same year. He take over the service via his mater’s dead and continiued to work until 1971. In 1971, he passed own service in Çağlayan Hürriyet District  and he worked there until 1980. In 1980, he passed a new service that was in Atatürk Oto İndustry Site.
